Since the soya chunks are dry, they need to be boil for few seconds and then
soaked in the same water for 20 minutes. Once the chunks are soft, you have to
squeeze extra water and they are ready to use now.

1. Soya chunks
1 cup
2. Salt
3. Turmeric
powder
4. Kashmiri red
chilli powder
5. Ginger
garlic paste
6. Garam masala
powder
7. Lemon juice
8. Hing powder
9. Gram flour 2
Tbspn
10. Maize flour/corn
flour 2tbspn
11. Rice flour 2
tbspn (optional)
12. Oil ( for
deep fry)
13. Chopped onions
½ cup
14. Chopped
tomatoes ½ cup
15. Chat masala
½ tbspn
16. Fresh
coriander leaves ( for garnish)

How to Cook?
Take 1 cup
of soya chunks, add hot water and 1/2tbspn of salt and mix it. Let the soya
chunks rest for 30mins so that chunks got soften, now squeeze the extra amount
of water from chunks.
Add soya chunks into bowl, add red chili powder, turmeric
powder, garam masala powder, pinch of salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice
and pinch of hing powder and mix it very gently so that chunks are coated with
all masala.
Now add gram flour, maize flour and rice flour(optional) and mix it very well.
Now take enough oil in pan for deep fry, keep the gas on
medium flame, as oil got hot add soya
chunks and fry it till it turns into golden brown colour.
Now in serving bowl add fried soya chunks, chopped onions,
and chopped tomatoes, sprinkle some chat masala and garnish with fresh
coriander leaves.
